Rebranded Stolze Mexico expands into North American market as GROWA

It has been 11 years since Fernando Alfaro and Theo Stolze started Stolze Mexico. Ever since, the company has grown to one of the market leaders in Mexico, with over 60 employees. Now it’s time for the next step. Under the new name GROWA, the company is evolving into an independent company. “We want to become one of the largest Greenhouse Systems companies in Mexico & North America,” says Fernando.

“Since the beginning, we started strongly focusing on service and growth for both our clients and us,” says Theo, and as the horticultural industry in Mexico grew rapidly, the company grew even faster. “In recent years, we expanded very fast in several important areas, such as local technicians, local inventory, and services. When it refers to irrigation, heating, and automation in greenhouses, we are one of the market leaders in Mexico.”

He adds how the research of new markets, new horizons, and future projects made them act and move forward into a new era. While Stolze Netherlands became a part of the GreenV group, Stolze Mexico found a new key partner. As of March 2023, supported by its original founders and this North American partner, the company will continue its business as an independent company: GROWA. “We will spread our wings. We’re evolving into an independent and stronger company that has the tools, strategy, and vision to compete as an international company in the local and North American market”, says Fernando, who will continue to operate as CEO of GROWA.

Because of this growth, the company is getting into a new skin. COO Jesús Ortiz Deschamps explains how the new image will make the company stronger and give them the capability to compete in new markets. “GROWA will be the flag that we will keep in our hands, with the intention to become one of the largest Greenhouse Systems companies in Mexico & North America.”

He adds how the company has a full package to offer products and services. “The combination of research, technology, new sustainable materials, a well-trained team, experienced technicians, market development, local inventory, strong key partners, logistics, and our flexible international supply chain, makes us full of optimistic thoughts. We’re looking forward to a future where GROWA arises as the most competitive option in the market to integrate the best solutions in the greenhouse industry.”
