Marginpar recently came out victorious from the 18th annual Kaizen Congress held in Nairobi, Kenya, where Marginpar was honored with the KAIZEN-KAM award. Our Kenyan team delivered an outstanding presentation showcasing a comprehensive case study on the remarkable productivity growth of Solidago crop over the past five years.
“At Marginpar, we are committed to the principles of the Kaizen philosophy, which centers on the concept of continuous improvement. Our dedication to making each day and every process better than the last has led to impressive outcomes. This approach not only boosts efficiency and productivity but also elevates the quality of our work. Furthermore, it fosters a happier workforce, instilling a sense of ownership and trust in their daily tasks,” the Marginpar team says.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Kaizen Congress for recognizing our dedication to excellence, and we look forward to continuing our journey of continuous improvement. Thank you for being a part of our success story!”
And now for the bad news…
Unfortunately, as the old song says, ‘not all that glitters is gold,’ and Marginpar has some not so great news for all the Solidago enthusiasts. Due to a recent hailstorm, all the Solidago plants at the Marginpar ST farm have been devastated. “As a result, we temporarily have fewer Solidago available. Fortunately, Marginpar KS still maintains an excellent production. We anticipate being back at full strength in November.”
