Maren Schoormans joins Normec Groen Agro Control

Maren Schoormans has joined the management team of Normec Groen Agro Control. In the role of Business Manager, he is responsible for expanding and developing the company’s business. Maren has worked across the horticulture industry at leading companies in areas ranging from seeds to biologicals to climate control, automation, and, recently, greenhouse robotics. ‘I look forward to working with the market team, the customers, and partners. I am excited about the company, the team, and our mission to contribute to a safer and more sustainable future and unlock the potential of people.

Normec Groen Agro Control is a leading company in analytical services for the agricultural and food industry, particularly in the field of safety and quality control. In Delfgauw and Peru, they perform laboratory analyses for horticulture, the fruit and vegetable industry, and the food industry. In addition, the company focuses on innovative research projects together with partners. The company is a member of Normec Foodcare, a global organization in the TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification, Compliance) industry. Normec’s work area ranges from (drinking) water quality, air quality, and soil quality to fire safety, food safety, and management systems.
