Koppert has acquired the Scandinavian company Lindesro. Lindesro has been Koppert’s Scandinavian distributor since 2007. The deal was signed at Koppert headquarters in the Netherlands recently.
“The acquisition of Lindesro will bring us closer to the Scandinavian market. Soon we will be able to further upgrade our knowledge sharing and support to our customers and ensure delivery security and logistics in this region,” said Ron Verhaagh, key account manager at Koppert. “Lindesro has always shared our ambition to promote sustainability in food production. This acquisition will help us to build more local commercial strength and promote our products and consultancy directly.”
